CIRPAL Circular Pallet

02 / Circular Pallet

A tangible product. A larger technology story.

The circular pallet is a focused development application of MeSentia’s MEON technology: a structured product designed around qualified secondary materials and a future return system.

Why pallets first

Industrial demands.
A visible test case.

A pallet has to work across repeated handling, changing users and a real logistics environment.

That makes it a concrete way to evaluate the relationship between material, process and structure — and, later, the practical economics of use and return.

The development objective is a reusable product within a managed lifecycle. Performance and circularity both need evidence from the actual application.

Physical development evidence

Look inside the structure.

Original project photographs. Geometry and material formulation remain subject to development and validation.

Design intent

Geometry does part of the work.

Ribs and chambers are intended to distribute material where the structure needs it.

This is the engineering direction behind the lightweight concept. It does not establish a final weight, load rating or service life.

Product qualification must connect a defined formulation and geometry with documented performance under the intended conditions.

The validation agenda

Prove the product.
Then prove the system.

01 / Product

Mechanical performance

Validate the actual formulation and geometry against relevant load, handling and durability requirements.

02 / Manufacturing

Repeatable quality

Establish manufacturing consistency across qualified input materials, batches and process conditions.

03 / Lifecycle

Use and recovery

Test inspection, return, potential repair and reprocessing routes with the actual product and operating partners.

No final load ratings, sale prices, guaranteed cycle counts or carbon savings are claimed here.

From product to system

The next step follows the pallet.

A persistent identity could connect the product to material records, use events and a defined destination after use.

That is the role CIRPAL is being developed to support.

The MeSentia investment case

In plain language

Read the evidence correctly.

Is this a certified production pallet?

No certified production specification is published on this site. The pallet is a development application. Load ratings, handling performance, repeatability and application-specific requirements need documented validation.

What do the photographs demonstrate?

The photographs document physical pallet and component structures from the supplied project material. They show geometry and material texture, but do not establish load capacity, durability, manufacturing economics or environmental performance.

Is the pallet made from recycled plastic?

The development concept uses qualified secondary thermoplastic feedstocks. Final composition, recycled content and material provenance must be documented for the specific formulation and production batch.

Why start with a pallet?

A pallet brings material processing, structural performance, repeated handling and a return route into one tangible application. It provides a focused development case for MEON and the planned CIRPAL lifecycle layer.
